Grouting is a technique used for structural strengthening. It involves filling voids to repair concrete or enhance soil and building structures. This study experimentally tested the flexural behavior of reinforced concrete beams with cement grouting applied in the tension zone. Twelve beams were used for the tests, including three without strengthening and nine with strengthening, varying in layer thickness (40 mm, 80 mm, and 120 mm). The test variables included tensile reinforcement ratios of 1%, 1.5%, and 2.5%. The beams were simply supported and subjected to a four-point bending test monotonically loaded with two concentrated loads. This study determines the effect of installing cement grouting in the tension zone and varying the number of reinforcements on the flexural performance of reinforced concrete beams, including their capacity and ductility. The results indicated that using cement grouting in the tension zone did not enhance the flexural capacity of the beams compared to the control beams but significantly improved their ductility.
