The rapid growth of maritime activities and the increasing complexity of port operations demand innovative approaches to infrastructure management. This study investigates the integration of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), Terrestrial Laser Scanning (TLS), Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and sustainability of port management at Baria Serece Port. By employing a combination of these advanced technologies, the research aims to create comprehensive and precise 3D models of the port environment, offering significant improvements over traditional surveying methods. The case study highlights the benefits of these integrated technologies in enhancing data accuracy, streamlining operational workflows, and supporting informed decision-making. The results demonstrate that the BIM-GIS framework, supported by UAV and TLS data, provides a transformative approach to port management, reducing discrepancies, optimizing maintenance practices, and enabling better long-term planning. Additionally, the study addresses the challenges of integrating data from diverse sources and the need for further automation to maximize efficiency. These findings underscore the potential of digital technologies to revolutionize port infrastructure management and offer practical insights for their broader application in the industry.

摘要
