This study discusses that AI advances benefits the criminal justice system through restorative justice. The paper will focus on analyzing the philosophy of law as proposed by renowned juris philosophers. Also, this study investigates the chronology of AI breakthroughs in ML algorithms to 2024. This study explores the significance of AI crimes, which can be either pre-emptive or perpetrated by artificial intelligence. Ethically what is correct which must be taken care while adopting AI in RJ must take into consideration is discussed to the present legal framework by looking into RJ for AI crimes, and how the ethics of care may be applied to AI technology. Lastly showcasing Indian judiciary, legal profession, and law enforcement organizations also taking cognizance in the applying AI-ML breakthroughs in their respective fields.
