In the article, is presented and analysed the possibility of applying artificial intelligence (AI) methods for quality assessment. There are chosen three areas: evaluation of the quality of machine translation, evaluation of the quality of solution of programming tasks and evaluation of the quality of electronic teaching materials. In the conceptual models of quality assessment, are used suitable methods for quantifying quality. We incorporate the possibilities of using artificial intelligence methods (such as data mining, machine learning and chatbot technology possibilities) As a training set, we recommend to use electronic textbooks, educational materials of the institution’s educational system, set of programming tasks for several programming competition with exemplary and optimal solutions on the Internet. Thus, we want to find out whether the electronic educational materials in the institutional system supporting studies are sufficient to solve the tasks that students receive during the semester. Using the example of mathematics and programming, are demonstrated how AI methods and in combination with other methods can support the effective learning of certain cognitive logically structured thematic units of subjects of exact sciences. The method is applied the model of natural learning to machine learning and to the use of machine learning principles to guide the process of natural learning. The aim is not to have AI solve tasks and problems, but to help, advise and control us in solving problems in a certain area. It is about supporting and not suppressing own ideas and creativity of learner.

Conceptual Model of the Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Evaluation of the Quality
