Dental implants used to restore missing teeth have become increasingly widespread over the past two decades, and the compatibility of the installed implant into the jawbone system might generate a problem. Biomechanical becomes a most important issue in implant dentistry. The objectives of this study are to evaluate the CBCTCone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) in evaluating the bone quality and quantity, analyse the relationship between bone quality and quantity with implant stability, evaluate the bone density of jawbone during dental implant treatment, analyse the effect of cortical thickness and friction coefficient on stress distributions and micromotion of dental implant system during loading in pre- and post-crown condition, and evaluate the stress distribution and micro motion due to loading.

摘要
