Enhancing Patient Engagement and Experience Through NFC-Enabled Health Card Appointment Scheduling
摘要
To strengthen patient engagement and improve healthcare delivery, this paper explores the integration of near-field communication (NFC) technology and radio frequency identification (RFID) modules in healthcare systems. The requirement for new ideas is inspired by the fact that traditional appointment scheduling often has inefficiencies and communication gaps. When using RFID modules, NFC technology offers a viable option to simplify coordination and improve communication between patients and providers; with a simple tap on designated scanners, patients can easily book and receive appointments with NFC-enabled health cards. Doctors can see patients' records simultaneously and instantly update system information to ensure efficient data transfer and efficient scheduling. This paper explores the use of NFC technology to improve healthcare productivity, with a focus on improving patient engagement and experience. It addresses the important issue of patient care about the patient care system, focuses on the importance of systematic care, and looks at how NFC-enabled technology can help improve up practice. The results show how NFC technology combined with RFID modules can improve patient experiences in healthcare environments and streamline the delivery of healthcare services.
