Effect of Electromagnetic Fields on the Polaron in an Asymmetrical Gaussian Confinement Potential Quantum Well
摘要
In this work, we have embarked on a novel investigation of the electromagnetic field effects on the ground state energy (GSE) and ground state binding energy (GSBE), magnetic moment, and magnetic susceptibility of the weak coupling polaron in an asymmetrical Gaussian confinement potential quantum well. Our results, which demonstrate the increase of GSE and susceptibility with the rise of the magnetic field, and the intriguing behavior of GSBE and magnetic moment with quantum well parameters and electromagnetic fields, are sure to pique the interest of our professional colleagues in the field of condensed matter physics and quantum mechanics.
