A nickel-iron-chromium-based alloy called Incoloy 825 also contains copper, titanium, and molybdenum. This alloy offers notable levels of corrosion resistance in situations that are both strongly oxidizing and moderately reducing. An uncoated carbide insert has been employed in this study for machining performance and the machine-controlled parameters cutting velocity (Vc), cutting depth (D), cutting rate (Vf) and coolant pressure (Pc) have been employed. The material machining rate (MRR), surface texture or irregularity (SR), and energy consumption rate (Ec) have all been used to assess the efficacy of machining. L16 Orthogonal is used in the studies using uncoated insert. A comprehensive approach of grey relational analysis (GRA technique) was used in decision-making processes where there’s a need to prioritize or rank alternatives based on their relative closeness to an ideal solution.
