Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending platforms based on Blockchain technology have become major developments in the financial sector, providing businesses and individuals with new ways to borrow and lend money. However, these platforms still lag in terms of user-friendliness. With the help of various key user-friendliness parameters, such as an intuitive user interface, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, loading speed, transparent information provision, availability of user education, and help resources, we thoroughly analyze various lending platforms. The main contribution of this paper is to identify the areas for further improvement and innovation in lending platform design and improving the functionality to meet the evolving needs and expectations of users in the decentralized finance ecosystem. New risk factors and liquidity protocols customized for DeFi money lending apps are created in the following design phase. By offering a workable framework for integrating sophisticated risk management and liquidity protocols in money lending platforms, this paper adds significant value to the on-going discussion on decentralized financial ecosystems and advances our understanding of the rapidly changing DeFi landscape.
