With the growing development of information technology, professional accounting has undergone significant career changes. The revolution of advanced technology in professionals provides opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness of auditing practices. In the traditional audit practice, individuals on the site are important for direct data collection. However, these traditional approaches have several disadvantages as they consume time and make it challenging to visit inaccessible sites. Therefore, the adoption of drones in the auditing process is important to enhance audit quality and improve organizational learning. This paper discusses the potential benefits of adopting drone technology and the challenges that organizations face. The study concludes that drones improve accuracy, efficiency, and mitigating risk. Also, drones can improve organizational learning through continuous monitoring and organizational culture.
