In the process of oil and gas development of Oilfield, the reservoir has the characteristics of high temperature, high pressure and low perTQ-1bility, the relevant working fluid is required to have the characteristics of high density, high temperature resistance, low corrosion and low reservoir damage during oil testing, and well completion. Therefore, a set of solid free well control fluid with density up to 1.82 g/cm3 and temperature resistance up to 160 ℃ has been developed. Laboratory evaluation shows that the corrosion rate of super N80 steel sheet is far less than 0.076 mm/a at 160 ℃, the rolling recovery rate is more than 95%, and the core recovery value is more than 90% in the solid-free system.
