Offshore pipe is an important facility for offshore oil and gas production. In the early design of offshore pipe riser, there was no closed structure between the protection pipe and the riser, forming an annular space, which led to the corrosion of the outer wall of the offshore pipe. In order to solve such problems, it is necessary to seal the annulus space. This paper conducted an experimental design for the integrity of material screening, completed the system integrity design, and summarized the integrity points of the offshore application engineering demonstration. On this basis, the offshore application engineering demonstration was carried out to ensure the integrity of the subsea pipeline riser in service.
