Neolithic Red-Coated Ceramic Recovery and Red-Coated Ceramic Plate Packaging Material Applications
摘要
The composition and quality ratio of the late Neolithic red pottery unearthed in the Nenjiang River basin were obtained through experimental analysis and characterization. The ceramic pieces were analyzed by SEM and energy spectrum. According to the composition and mass ratio obtained, a new clay was prepared. The clay and earth are drawn and molded, and the red pottery is fired again under the high temperature environment of 800 ℃ electric furnace. The characteristics and mechanism analysis of the red pottery were carried out, the rapid analysis experiment and whiteness test experiment of the red pottery three-legged pottery pot, the SEM analysis of the red pottery three-legged pottery pot, the XRD analysis of the red pottery three-legged pottery pot, the mechanical properties of the red pottery plate and corrugated cardboard were compared, and the selection and application factors of environmental protection packaging materials were analyzed. It is verified that it is consistent with the unearthed pottery pieces. At the same time, the mechanical properties of the red ceramic board and corrugated cardboard were compared and analyzed, and it was concluded that the red ceramic board had the properties of being a new type of green packaging material.
