The Holland Code, also known as the RIASEC model, is a well-established framework in career counseling and vocational psychology that helps individuals understand their career preferences and compatibility based on personality types. This paper provides a detailed AI-based analysis of the Holland Code Career Model, specifically emphasizing its application through the RIASEC test known as “MLH-APTI,” which identifies six primary personality types. These types are Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional, offer insights into career paths that align with individuals’ unique traits and interests. Finally, after the test, the detail analysis for career choice map with their skills are displayed to the individuals.
