AI’s integration within the marketing space has transformed traditional approaches and introduced a new approach to target present-time consumers effectively. This prompted me to scrutinize the literature, present how AI influences marketing, and highlight its significance to operational efficiencies, campaign effectiveness, and personalization of customer experiences. AI applications in marketing include predictive analytics, chatbots, recommender systems, and personalized marketing communication. In turn, they support well-defined customer segmentation and more focused engagement strategies. Contemporary marketing algorithms have improved decision-making but face ethical dilemmas, along with data privacy and algorithmic bias that force the conversation of responsible AI usage. The theoretical frameworks I have identified here support AI’s integration into marketing strategies about personalization, predictive analytics, and customer engagement. These frameworks de-emphasize the importance of practicing ethical standards so that marketers can engage in the trustworthy practice of personalizing for consumers to be viewed in a moral light for regulatory and compliance reasons. The empirical evidence supports AI’s impact on marketing effectiveness, increasing ROI, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

摘要
