In today’s hectic work settings, productivity optimization is critical. This study presents a novel way to create a smart Desk-Robot specifically designed for workplace support by integrating Internet of Things (IoT) and natural language processing (NLP) technology. By utilizing IoT sensors for contextual awareness and sophisticated natural language processing (NLP) algorithms for smooth human–robot interaction, the suggested solution seeks to optimize workflows and boost productivity. Our goal is to provide a high-performing, user-friendly and affordable solution. When compared to other sensors, the ultrasonic sensor presents unique complications. Because of its IoT connection, the system can sense and adjust to its surroundings, which makes proactive support possible. The suggested smart NLP and IoT-based Desk-Robot offers a smooth and perceptive helper that is suited to contemporary work dynamics, suggesting a viable path forward for increasing office efficiency. Because the system is built on a Raspberry Pi, it is incredibly affordable and reliable. The Music Box is an incredibly flexible tool for setting up interactive distributed music installations since it doesn’t require network connectivity to function.
