Hard Ferrite
摘要
Ferrite magnets are compound magnets composed mainly of iron oxides. Due to their low cost and resistance to oxidation, they make up the majority of the world’s magnet production. Ferrite magnets can be classified into two categories: sintered magnets and bonded magnets. Bonded magnets are a combination of resin and ferrite magnet powder and are typically used in small motors. This chapter focuses on the general characteristics of sintered ferrite magnets, the methods used to manufacture them, and the efforts being made to improve their properties.
