The photovoltaic (PV) industry is proliferating worldwide and has become an essential technology for combating climate change and realizing a sustainable energy transition. China, as a global leader in the PV industry, has promoted the rapid development of the PV industry through policy support, expanding market demand, and technological innovation. Guided by national policies, Lin'an has introduced a series of measures to support the development of the PV industry, including financial subsidies, tax incentives, and land use support, to encourage all sectors to invest in PV projects. Based on field research, this study focuses on analyzing the current situation and effectiveness of PV technology applications in the Lin'an countryside. The findings provide empirical support for the optimal promotion of PV technology and the achievement of China's carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.

摘要
