Social entrepreneurship is a process that can occur in a variety of different ways depending on how it is developed. Most forms of social entrepreneurship are planned over time but some can occur in a sporadic and unplanned way. This means the entrepreneurial orientation needs to be considered regarding a person’s personality and inclination towards social forms of entrepreneurship. This chapter highlights the need for social entrepreneurial passion regarding being alert to new trends and changes in the marketplace.
