These case studies highlight the collaboration between government bodies, hospitals, and educational institutions, detailing approaches to curriculum and instruction, effective intervention strategies, teaching teams, and implementation challenges. The chapter also provides recommendations for improving early intervention services in China and offers suggestions for other countries in the Asia–Pacific region. Finally, reflections on the three intervention service models illustrate their successful implementation and the progress made in early intervention for children with disabilities and families in this country.
