The proliferation of social media and digital culture has exposed individuals, particularly adolescents, to unrealistic beauty standards and harmful body image messages, contributing to a rise in Eating Disorders (EDs). This paper introduces PRETA, an innovative, gamified, and interactive teaching-learning platform designed for the primary prevention of EDs among 11-year-old students. PRETA employs Game-Based Learning (GBL) and gamification techniques to foster positive body image and healthy eating habits. Developed using WordPress, H5P, and Gamipress, the platform offers a range of engaging activities within a user-friendly environment for students.
