This article presents a pilot study conducted through participant observation aimed at reducing stress indicators in students at the Polytechnic University through B.K.S. Iyengar yoga practice. The study identified stress indicators in the face, body, limbs, and breathing during yoga sessions. It also investigated the reasons for the dynamics of stress reduction among students and the causes of relapses into stressful states. Additionally, the study examined the potential and limitations of B.K.S. Iyengar yoga in influencing stress indicators in students.
