The capacity of a building's structure to withstand seismic loads can be evaluated using Pushover analysis, a method aligned with Performance-Based Seismic Design principles. This process involves applying dynamic seismic loads to a building's structural framework until it reaches a specific target displacement or experiences collapse. This study focuses on analyzing the performance of the ten-story building at Universitas Adibuana under seismic loading conditions. The material quality and design of the building elements, modeled using finite element software, are based on the existing structure's function as a school building. The Pushover analysis is conducted to determine the performance level of the structure following the guidelines provided by FEMA 440 Performance-Based Seismic Evaluation (PBSE). This method involves incrementally increasing the load on the structure until structural failure occurs, resulting in structural displacement. The standard reference used in this analysis is FEMA 440. The results indicate a target displacement of 0.15797 m in the x-direction with a ratio of 0.04%. Based on the structural deformation and the criteria set forth in FEMA 440, the structure falls within the Immediate Occupancy (IO) performance level.

摘要
