Co-working spaces provide a setting for collaboration that encourages teamwork in both smaller, more private areas and larger open areas. These are communal work areas where individuals can collaborate, learn, and work. One of Lamongan Regency's primary programs, the “Megpreneur” program, focuses on information technology-based business creation and development techniques. Because co-working spaces are meant to help the program, they are very interesting to look at. The Lamongan Regency co-working space will attract freelancers and startup enthusiasts as a place for cross-regional business collaboration and function as a center for business for all circles. A biological relationship between design and health will be developed through the application of the biophilic architecture method, with nature acting as the main connecting factor. The purpose of this research is to use biophilic architecture to the development of a co-working space concept. The study method used a descriptive qualitative approach and linear analysis technique to describe, clarify, and characterize the requirements and design provisions in the design of co-working space buildings in the Lamongan district. These design features and requirements serve as the foundation for the method used to trace the necessary data. The data will be collected and then thoroughly analyzed using the criteria that will be discussed. The results of the analysis will give specific recommendations, limitations, and assumptions on the layout of the building intended for the co-working space in the Lamongan district. The results of the research are presented in the following formats: mas arangement, building façade, detail interiors, and landscape.
