Architectural education demands a dynamic approach to respond to twenty first century challenges of sustainable development goals. Given limited spaces where universities and colleges are located in urban places, pins a quandary on the design interventions to learn beyond the listening and lecture mode to a more connected and active approach. A catalogue on an array of net positive responses in Sheridan College, Seneca Polytechnic and George Brown College showcases how building challenges are addressed to sustain excellence in quality education. These net positive responses are categorized as lived sustainability, cognitive omnastics and technological freedom.
