摘要
In the middle of June, a 65-year-old male laborer was found unconscious at a work site. On examination, he was found to be obtunded with minimal response to painful stimuli. His skin was hot and flushed. He was tachypneic, tachycardic, hypotensive, and hyperthermic (core temperature 107 °F or 41.7 °C).
