60-year-old male presented with drowsiness, cold, and clammy extremities. Attendants also told us that the patient had been suffering from chest pain for the past 3 h. On examinations, the patient was drowsy, but arousable, with HR-112 bpm and BP-74/43 mm of Hg (Right arm supine). ECG showed extensive anterior ST elevation myocardial infarction.
