A 55-year-old male patient presented with respiratory distress, heart rate of 140/min, BP of 70/40 mmHg, and respiratory rate of 34 breaths/min. The core temperature was 34.4 °C, and the peripheries are cold and clammy. He was oliguric and the abdomen was tender and distended. He remained tachycardic and hypotensive.
