A 6-year-old boy presented with lethargy and reduced physical endurance. He was diagnosed with left atrial myxoma (LAM) and mitral regurgitation and scheduled for cardiac tumor resection under general anesthesia. LAM often causes mitral obstruction, regurgitation, left heart failure, and secondary pulmonary hypertension.
