The development of wireless networks into which artificial intelligence is embedded has given a new impetus to managing resources dynamically to optimize the use of resources in highly complex and heterogeneous domains. This literature review critically analyzes recent developments in AI-driven resource management within the context of wireless networks, relating particularly to the methodologies applied in spectrum allocation, power control, user scheduling, and network optimization strategies. Benefits, challenges, and future directions from scalable, secure, and interpretable AI solutions are especially emphasized through the review presented in this paper.
