Wind turbine lifting is a crucial part of a wind energy generation project, and its installation has a decisive impact on the success of the whole project. Traditional wind turbine lifting relies on rich experience judgement, which is not only inefficient but also has high risk. In order to achieve real-time image shooting and processing, this study adopts visual sensors to capture images, extract image features, and realise real-time linkage between spreader operation and image analysis. By continuously feeding back the real-time positioning coordinates and correcting the positioning target, the precise control of the lifting process is achieved.
