By constructing the simulation model of the hydraulic system of traction winch, this study focuses on the influence of cable friction, motor moment of inertia and motor displacement on the lifting performance of the winch. The results show that the moment of inertia and motor displacement have great influence on the winch speed, while the cable friction has relatively little influence on the lifting speed. By changing these key variables, the hoist performance and system stability can be significantly affected. The research results have certain guiding significance for the optimization of traction winch system.
