Hydraulic Characteristics Analysis of Working Device for Typical Working Conditions of Mini Excavators with Electric Drive Excavation
摘要
By adopting high-capacity batteries and high-power electric motors, electric-driven excavators have replaced traditional internal combustion engines and become an important solution to environmental challenges. With the increasing demand for environmental protection, electric-driven mini excavators have received widespread attention for their low-noise and zero-emission characteristics. In this paper, a systematic study is conducted on the hydraulic characteristics of the electric-driven mini excavator under three typical working conditions. By arranging sensors in the key parts of the excavator, and carrying out three typical working conditions of the real machine operation, real-time collection of the data of the hydraulic system of the working device, this paper analyzes the oil pressure changes of the cylinder under each working condition. The research results reveal the characteristics of the hydraulic system under different working conditions, and provide a theoretical basis for the promotion and optimization of the electric drive mini excavator in practical applications.
