Travellers face many challenges, such as limited access to local information, language barriers, and navigational issues. These problems have not been sufficiently addressed by current solutions, highlighting the need for innovative approaches. In order to enable independent navigation and exploration by travellers, this research creates an innovative solution that combines conversational user experience (UX) and augmented reality (AR) technologies. The literature review lists key travel-related issues and assesses how well conversational UX, AI, and AR can solve them. Key findings indicate that real-time navigation, immersive experiences, and personalized recommendations are three ways these technologies can improve traveller experiences. The research methodology includes interviews, surveys, habitat studies, conceptual system development, prototype app design, and user testing. In order to improve the travel experience, the suggested solution combines conversational UX and AR with live language translation, interactive content recognition, and real-time navigation. In addition to advancing design research in the travel context, this study shows the transformative potential of combining AR and conversational UX to create more immersive and enjoyable travel experiences.

摘要
