In light of the transition from Web 2.0 to Web 3.0, it becomes necessary to examine the influence of the latter on the creation of user interfaces. On balance, it is expected that Web 3.0 will lead to establishing decentralized, semantic, and more personalized frameworks, influencing such aspects of web interfaces as user engagement and information processing. In this research, we propose to compare interfaces based on conventional Web 2.0 with those developed with the use of Web 3.0 technologies to investigate such indicators as navigation ease, information retrieval, transactional utility, content interaction, and recall in memory. Preliminary insights can suggest that the application of Web 3.0 technologies, such as blockchain and artificial intelligence, in user interfaces can promote satisfaction and engagement due to the creation of an intuitive and secure web environment. Overall, evidence from this research can create a basis for the development of more efficient and user-friendly web environments.
