These systems show promising results in improving the therapeutic efficacy of traditional supplements while potentially causing discomfort. A few recent studies are examined in detail such as the effects of omega-3 nanocapsulesNanocapsules, nano-curcumin and glutamine supplements on athletic performanceAthletic performance and recovery.
