Strategic Stability in International Relations
摘要
Strategic stability is one of the most prominent international strategic topics in today’s world. Since the 1960s, U.S.-Soviet/Russia strategic stability has been a global focus, with bilateral strategic stability never cooling down, only becoming more complex. On November 16, 2021, the video summit between Chinese and U.S. leaders discussed Sino-U.S. strategic stability, attracting global attention. In February 2022, a new round of Russia-Ukraine conflict erupted, shaking global strategic stability and leaving European strategic stability in turmoil.
