With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and esthetic requirements, the design of daily chemical product packaging has become more and more important. In order to improve the innovative effect of product packaging design, from the perspective of digitalization, this paper designs the specific calibration steps of visual images with the calibration process of visual images and completes the calibration of visual images. Moreover, this paper introduces the minimum buffer coefficient of visual image to calculate the size of visual image buffer liner and completes the design of visual image buffer packaging by modifying the thickness of visual image. In addition, this paper tests the model with experimental research and verifies the effectiveness of the system model. Finally, this paper actively explores the influence of the selection of each design strategy on the scheme in the process of design iteration. The relevant knowledge analyzed provides reference and assistance for designers on how to complete satisfactory design in less iteration and improve design efficiency.
