In this paper, based on the design of intermediate observer, the distributed fault estimation problem of the system under a Markov random switching topology is studied. The topology switching process is controlled by a Markovian stochastic process whose state corresponds to the topology of possible interactions between agents. Applied the output measurement information and the state estimation of adjacent agents, we design distributed intermediate estimator for every agent to estimate the combined signal composed of system state and fault. Then proof the global estimation error system and the combined signal are bounded in probability. Lastly, the effective technicality of the proposed methodology is evidenced by the results of an example.
