Harvesting of forest fruits is a key part of forest fruit industry, and at present China's forest fruit harvesting is mainly manual harvesting. Manual harvesting has the problems of high labor intensity, low harvesting efficiency and high cost. Therefore, it is of great significance to improve the mechanization level of forest fruit industry and realize the mechanization and automation level of forest fruit harvesting. This study combines the target detection algorithm, servo motor automatic control system and vibration harvesting machinery to develop an intelligent vibration harvesting device based on YOLOv5. It mainly includes actuator design, hardware system design, mobile development equipment deployment, apple drop detection and counting based on YOLOv5, and servo motor automatic control system research.
