In order to solve the problems of low production efficiency and imperfect means of product quality assurance in the assembly process of current mining explosion-proof vehicles, through in-depth study of the production process of mining explosion-proof vehicles, the overall programme of the production line has been formulated from the perspective of the production mode and the control demand, and at the same time, a multi-criteria group decision-making evaluation model of the production line has been established, and BWM (Best-Worst-Method) has been adopted to obtain the Subjective weights, the boundary values in the range of values of the indicators in the improved entropy-TOPSIS method for the evaluation of the production line programme as the positive and negative ideal solutions, the evaluation model is applied to the evaluation of the transport programme of the flexible production line of the explosion-proof vehicles, and the final implementation of the flexible production line of the explosion-proof vehicles verifies the high efficiency of the flexible production line as well as the reasonableness of the evaluation model.
