Precision forging blade of aero engine is a typical thin-walled part with complex curved surface. It is difficult to locate tenon machining. Aiming at this problem, a multi-point flexible fixture design method is proposed, a low stress flexible fixture is designed, and its repeated positioning accuracy is tested by using a coordinate detector. The experimental results show that the fixture has good repeatable positioning accuracy and meets the requirements of blade tenon machining.

摘要

Precision forging blade of aero engine is a typical thin-walled part with complex curved surface. It is difficult to locate tenon machining.
