The pressure resistant electronic cabin provides a dry and enclosed environment for the electronic systems of underwater equipment. For different working depths, the structural design of pressure resistant cabins needs to consider factors such as structural strength and sealing performance. This article analyzes the underwater stress situation of the deep-sea pressure resistant electronic cabin, calculates the critical pressure of the pressure resistant electronic cabin shell, and provides feedback to guide the design of the shell wall thickness. Finally, the stress, displacement, and safety factor of the deep-sea pressure resistant electronic cabin are analyzed through finite element simulation, and the effectiveness of this method is verified through finite element simulation.
