According to the structural characteristics and performance requirements of nuclear power valve body, considering the existing forging equipment and working efficiency, this paper improves the forging method of die forging, and puts forward the idea of forging the valve body by loose tooling forging. Through the comparative study of forging process and post forging heat treatment process, mechanical analysis and nondestructive testing, the optimal loose tooling forging process of TA10 valve body is obtained.

摘要

According to the structural characteristics and performance requirements of nuclear power valve body, considering the existing forging equipment and working efficiency, this paper improves the forging method of die forging, and puts forward the idea of forging the valve body by loose tooling forging.
