Crawler cranes are widely used in a variety of environments, most of which are used in environments with high salt content, which will corrode its surface structure, so it is necessary to paint crawler cranes. To address this issue, to determine the coating index of crawler crane parts; to determine the coating process, using two coats of “wet to wet” spraying method will be water-based paint sprayed on crawler crane parts; after spraying the parts were tested on the topcoat paint film color and appearance testing, adhesion testing, paint film thickness testing and selection of measurement points, the process complies with the standards. Through testing, the process meets the standard.
