Taking a certain type of coal wining machine rocker arm shell as the research object, the casting pouring system structure was designed. ProCAST software was used to study the rocker arm shell filling, solidification and shakeout processes, and the casting temperature field, solidification field and stress field were analyzed. The research results can provide theoretical basis and data support for the casting process of coal wining machine rocker arm shell.
