Design and Analysis of a New Vibration-Reducing System for Automated Precision Processing Equipment

The design of an automatic precision machining vibration reduction system has always been a challenge for high-end manufacturing. During deep hole drilling, due to the high aspect ratio, the boring bar has high dynamic flexibility and low flutter stability limits, resulting in high flutter sensitivity. By analyzing the vibration reduction mechanism, characteristics, structure and shortcomings of different vibration reduction boring bars, it provides help for the research of vibration reduction boring bars.
