Structure Design Based on SiC Ceramic Fiber Tube Stripping Machine System

Ceramic fiber winding composite filter tube has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high strength and high temperature resistance, and is widely used in the field of industrial cleaning. However, the existing pipe fittings are highly artificial in the production process, and the core mold design and demoulding process become the key. Operation requires multi-person coordination, visual separation, lack of release parameters monitoring system, affecting the quality of the finished product. In this paper, the design of demoulding process of composite filter tube with ceramic fiber winding is studied by using the method of three-dimensional structure design and simulation analysis. This paper introduces the development status of composite filter tube formed by ceramic fiber winding technology and the problems that need to be solved. By studying the pain points in the existing production process, the overall design scheme of the demoulding production line of composite filter tube formed by ceramic fiber winding technology is given, and the design of the mechanical structure and each system module of the production line is expounded.
