In the production process, the countersunk filter rod uses high grammage molding paper with a large quantity and thick thickness, which causes problems such as unfirm lap, high step of lap, and unsatisfactory hardness. In order to solve these problems, a countersunk filter rod forming system based on parallel rolling of double-layer forming paper was designed. The system consists of a filter rod forming unit, a base rod transfer unit, a base rod laminating unit, and a parallel paper forming unit. First, two layers of partially overlapping forming paper are formed, and then the non-overlapping parts are spliced and bonded together by forming a molding gun to form a cylinder with a fixed circumference that wraps the filter rod section and the cavity section. The YL43 unit was tested on the machine with a gram weight of 75g/m2 and a thickness of 0.1 mm. The results showed that compared with the traditional production method, the lap burst rate decreased by 10%, the roundness pass rate reached, and the hardness pass rate reached. This technology eliminates the steps brought by the conventional lap bonding method, improves the smoothness of the surface of the countersunk filter rod, and improves the firmness of the countersunk filter rod lap, the stability of the circumferential roundness, the hardness and appearance effect of the cavity, meeting the needs of mass production and cigarette applications.

摘要
