Experimental Research on Real-Time Monitoring System of Cutting Reducer Based on Vibration and Oil Signal

In order to solve the problems of high maintenance cost and excessive maintenance in the traditional maintenance mode of cutting reducer of mining equipment, a real-time monitoring system based on the combination of vibration and oil dielectric constant was proposed to realize the real-time monitoring of the operation status of the reducer, and the system installation design was carried out according to the structural characteristics and common faults of the cutting reducer, and the monitoring system was tested and studied, and the test results showed that the system was reliable in installation and stable in operation, and could effectively capture the characteristic frequency of the high-speed end gear and bearing of the cutting reducer.
